Shipping Policy for our Customers
At Super Savings Technologies, all customer orders that we received will be processed and shipped within one (1) business day to ensure that our customers will be receiving their orders as soon as possible with no further delays!
Shipping Services for Canadian Customers:
For customers in Canada, we will be partnering with Canada Post for all shipments for orders. The rates for shipping costs and shipping times vary, depending on the delivery location, and regions/provinces. Usually, the Canada Post Lettermail Service will be free of charge to our customers and will be the most economical and easy way to get your order from us! For all Canadian customers, please refer to the below information for the selections of the types of shipping services as well as their possible estimated arrival times. Please note that the estimated arrival times for orders cannot be guaranteed, customers can use it as a reference.
- Canada Post Lettermail Service (3-10 business days, available for all cities, provinces, and rural areas, P.O. Boxes)
- Canada Post Regular Mail Service (2-5 business days, available for all cities, provinces, and rural areas, P.O. Boxes)
- Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service (1-4 business days, available for all cities, provinces, and rural areas, P.O. Boxes)
- Canada Post Xpress Parcel Service (1-3 business days, available for all cities, provinces, and rural areas, P.O. Boxes)
For customers with their order of $35CAD+, all shipping services will be available to pick and choose from free of charge. Also, Canada Post Lettermail Service will be FREE of charge for any available orders below $35CAD.
Please note that Canada Post Lettermail Service doesn't have any valid tracking information as it will be using a different system, a reference number will be provided. Also, customers waiting for their order can contact straight us for further information in terms of shipping confirmation images or the confirmation shipment slips! We will provide them to our customers! Canada Post Lettermail Services usually arrives within 3-10 business days for all Canadian Provinces, please note that some of the provinces and regions might take a bit longer for the shipment to arrive.
Shipping Services for USA Customers:
For customers in the United States, we will also be using the Canada Post for shipping of all orders. The rates for shipping costs and shipping times vary, depending on the delivery location, and regions/states. For all USA customers, please refer to the below information for the selections of the types of shipping services as well as their possible estimated arrival times. Please note that the estimated arrival times for orders cannot be guaranteed, customers can use it as a reference.
- Canada Post Small Packet Air to USA (5-10 business days, for all cities, states, towns, and rural areas)
- Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service to USA (3-8 business days, for all cities, states, towns, and rural areas)
- Canada Post Xpress International for USA (2-5 business days, for all cities, states, towns, and, rural areas)
For all USA customers, please take into consideration the possible delayed processing times for packages to pass through custom checkups, etc. There might be also some unexpected potential delays for packages mailing from Canada to USA destinations. Please note that the shipping times don't include the times when the package passes through customs, there will be about 2-3 business days for all packages to complete customs check.
All Canada Post Small Packet Air to the USA, doesn't have valid tracking information, however, customers can ask us for the reference numbers and shipping confirmation images. We will provide and include all the possible information for this shipping service.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
If customers have been waiting for their orders for too long or exceeding the expected delivery date, please contact us straight for free replacements. For shipments that don't arrive on time or experience long delays, chances could be the order might be lost in transit. If such cases occur, please contact us and explain the situation for potentially lost order to qualify for the replacement. We will be sending replacements to our customers within the next business day after we've been notified!
Due to weather conditions, for example, during the wintertime, delays in shipments will be common. For customers, please understand the situation and wait for a few more days for the order to arrive if the weather is unfavorable. We greatly appreciate your understanding!
Also for customers in rural areas, small towns, and villages, we do also ship to P.O.Boxes addresses too with rates varying.
